Asante360 End User Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms & Legal Contract

By downloading, accessing, registering, or using Asante360 ("Application"), you enter into a legally binding agreement with Asante360 ("Company", "We", "Us"). If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, do not install or access our application.

2. Account Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to create an account. Minors must obtain verifiable parental or guardian consent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passcodes, biometrics settings, and account actions. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.

3. User-Generated Content & Moderation EULA (Apple Guideline 1.2)

• Zero Tolerance Policy: Asante360 strictly prohibits the creation, posting, uploading, or sharing of objectionable, defamatory, abusive, hateful, obscene, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or infringing content.
• Moderation & Removal: We maintain automated content filters and human moderation teams. Any user content violating these standards will be removed immediately, and offending accounts will be terminated within 24 hours of a verified report.
• Reporting & Blocking: Users have built-in reporting and blocking controls available on every community item, profile, and gallery post.

4. Intellectual & Cultural Property Rights

All cultural assets, Adinkra symbol definitions, Kente weaving patterns, historical archives, audio recordings, royal photographs, and decrees are protected under international copyright laws, intellectual property treaties, and the traditional custodianship of the Manhyia Traditional Council. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license for educational and cultural engagement. Commercial extraction, web scraping, or unauthorized distribution of assets is strictly prohibited.

5. Ownership of User Creations & Kente Suite

You retain ownership of custom Kente designs and cultural stories you create. By publishing content to public galleries or community feeds, you grant Asante360 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, display, reformat, and share your creations within the app for cultural education and exhibition.

6. Sovereign Portals & Kingdom Commercial Desk Advisory

Information published under "Invest in Asante", "Stool Land Acquisition Guidelines", and "Diaspora Hub" serves educational and preliminary investment facilitation purposes. Commercial inquiries submitted through the Kingdom Commercial Desk route directly to support@asante360.org. Official statutory land deeds, stool leaseholds, and royal endorsements remain subject to the customary authority of the Manhyia Palace Lands Secretariat and Divisional Traditional Councils.

7. External Foundation & Philanthropic Portals

Links to the Otumfuo Osei Tutu II Foundation (https://otumfuofoundation.org.gh) and Heal KATH Hospital Modernization (https://healkomfoanokye.org/) navigate users to official external platforms via in-app browser sessions. Asante360 does not directly process external charitable donations or bank transfers on third-party domains.

8. Digital Subscriptions & Payments (Apple 3.1.2 / Google Billing)

Optional premium features or cultural subscriptions are processed securely via official Apple App Store In-App Purchase (IAP) or Google Play Store Billing APIs. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the billing period end inside your Apple ID or Google Account settings. All refund requests are governed exclusively by Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies.

9. Prohibited Uses & System Protection

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, automated-bot scan, flood, inject malware, or disrupt the network infrastructure of Asante360 services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Asante360 is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Asante360, developers, and traditional council affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Governing Law, Traditional Customary Edicts & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, operating alongside the customary codes and traditional edicts of the Manhyia Palace. Any legal disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or competent courts in Ghana.
